WOD Tempo is a Garmin Connect IQ application for recording high-intensity functional training workouts.

Data processed by the app

WOD Tempo may process the following data during a workout:

• Workout activity data.
• Heart-rate data provided by the Garmin device.
• Workout configuration such as AMRAP, EMOM, For Time or interval settings.
• Lap, round, phase and timing information.
• Custom Connect IQ metrics written to the activity file, including intensity and training-load metrics.

How the data is used

The data is used to record the workout, calculate training metrics and display workout analysis in Garmin Connect.

Data sharing

WOD Tempo does not sell user data.

WOD Tempo does not operate an external backend and does not transmit workout data to a developer-owned server.

Workout data may be stored and processed by Garmin services according to the user’s Garmin account settings and Garmin’s own privacy controls.

Data retention and deletion

Workout data is stored as part of Garmin activity records. Users can delete activities using Garmin Connect and Garmin account controls.
